Terms & Conditions for TNT Mobile Detailing Services

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our mobile detailing services. By availing of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Agreement: 1.1. By scheduling a mobile detailing service with us, you agree to allow our technicians access to your vehicle for the purpose of providing detailing services. 1.2. Our services will be performed to the best of our abilities and in a professional manner.

  2. Property and Vehicle Responsibility: 2.1. While we take utmost care in providing our services, you understand and acknowledge that the detailing process may involve the use of water, chemicals, tools, and equipment, which inherently carry some level of risk. 2.2. We are not responsible for any damage to property, including but not limited to your vehicle, its components, accessories, personal belongings, or any other items located within or in close proximity to the vehicle. 2.3. You assume full responsibility for the condition of your property, including your vehicle, and any risks associated with the detailing process.

  3. Pre-Existing Damage: 3.1. Prior to the commencement of any detailing services, you agree to inform our technicians of any pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, mechanical issues, or other visible or hidden conditions affecting your vehicle. 3.2. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or any other conditions that may become apparent during or after the detailing process.

  4. Limitation of Liability: 4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with our mobile detailing services. 4.2. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the cause of action, including negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.

  5. Indemnification: 5.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of our mobile detailing services.

  6. Amendments: 6.1. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms & Conditions on our website. 6.2. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

  7. Governing Law: 7.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

  8. Emergency/Next-Day Services and Additional Time: 8.1. Emergency or next-day detailing services will be subject to an additional fee of $50. 8.2. For jobs that require more time than initially estimated for the services, there will be an additional charge of $25 for every 15 minutes beyond the estimated time.

  9. Deposit Requirement: 9.1. Customers are required to provide a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure their detailing appointment.

  10. Cancellation Policy: 10.1. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. 10.2. If you cancel your appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice and do not reschedule, your deposit will be retained by TNT Mobile Detailing Services.

By using our mobile detailing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our services.
